|Recommended: NoManagement is never around, wasn't even there to let students in the weekend before classes started. Highly unprofessional. Management is never able to answer questions or assist. Maintenance comes into apartments unannounced and multiple students have expressed that this makes them feel unsafe. Overall, the convenience is not worth the inept management.

|Recommended: YesDecent — Overall, a good place, but my air conditioning seems to chronically quit cooling every couple months. But, the maintenance staff is always super fast. The location is really convenient.

|Recommended: YesGreat Home — We have loved it here so far. There have only been a few things that we have had to get used to. Namely, the stove is a pretty basic cheaper end stove, but it still gets the job done. Overall, the is little to no noise and we have a great amount of sunlight that streams through the blinds in the morning that helps to wake me up for school. My wife and I highly recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apts — Overall, really nice apartments that are only few minutes walk to school. The convenience is hard to beat elsewhere.
|Recommended: YesHighly convenient, but lots of issues. — Very convenient as a medical student due to location, and inclusive rent with utilities and wifi bundled together. However, lots of issues including poor noise insulation walls, ground, ceiling and frequently discolored yellow brown tap water.
|Recommended: YesConvenient apartments and a friendly environment — Overall, it's great to live very close to campus with fellow students. The only downside to living here is that if you're a louder person people walking by in the hallway can hear you clearly. Other than that, it's a very well kept property and they are timely with responses if work is needed.

|Recommended: YesConvenient for getting to campus — It’s kind of like living in a dorm for medical students. Overall it is mainly convenient for getting to class and lab and being able to walk. Not the best construction or apartment complex in general that I’ve lived in, but it is only temporary. It gets the job done for living comfortably for studying all the time and is convenient to school.
